Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your full name, email address, employer, job title, a home or other physical address, a phone number, or other contact information.

S2E is the controller responsible for the personal data collected via the Website as it determines how and why the personal data is used.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Personal Information provided by you

  • Resumes, CVs, personal references, and other employee candidate data you submit when you apply for a position at S2E

  • Technical details that occur in conjunction with any errors you may encounter.

Cookies & Local Storage

This website is designed with user privacy as a priority. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or personal profiling technologies. We do not set client-side tracking cookies on your device when you browse our website.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 configured in privacy-first cookieless mode (via Consent Mode v2 with analytics storage denied and client storage disabled). S2E shares your personal information in the following ways:

  • To issue software licenses we might share some of your personal information with external license management services such as keygen.sh. You can find their privacy policy at https://keygen.sh/privacy/. This information includes but is not necessarily limited to name, email address, and IT asset identifiers, kept strictly to the minimum necessary to provide the services.
  • To manage and process contact form submissions, we use external form processing services such as Formspree. You can find their privacy policy at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/. This information includes the data submitted in the contact form fields.
  • To comply with the law or a legal obligation. We may disclose your Personal Information or any information you submitted via this site if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (ii) verify or enforce our policies and procedures; (iii) respond to an emergency; (iv) prevent or stop activity we may consider to be illegal, unethical, or legally actionable; or (v) protect the rights, property, safety, or security of our products and services, third parties, visitors, or the public.

S2E does not sell your data to anyone for any purpose.

Data storage & International transfers

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers and protected using encryption, access controls, and other security measures. Where third-party service providers process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure adequate data protection safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place. Once we have received your information, we use strict procedures and security features to prevent accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Data retention

By law we retain basic information about our customers (including Contact Data, Financial Data, and Identity Data) for seven years after they cease being customers for tax and statutory accounting purposes.
