Secop — Solar Direct Drive (SDD) Controller Software
Secop needed a turn-key embedded software stack for their new Solar Direct Drive power management module — a WHO PQS-prequalified product for vaccine cold chain storage in off-grid regions. We architected the Zephyr RTOS application, implemented MPPT solar control loops, extended the Modbus protocol stack, and built an automated Robot Framework validation harness. The complete, documented codebase was handed over to Secop's team after a single training day.
